Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling
The workspace owner can cancel at any time: open Account & billing in the extension and choose Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: we don’t refund part-used months.
- Yearly plans: ask within 14 days of your first yearly payment for a full refund. After that, yearly plans aren’t refunded for the unused part of the year.
- Billing mistakes: if we charged you in error, we’ll put it right.
A full refund ends access for that billing period. Nothing here limits refund rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
