Subscribing

You subscribe from inside the extension: open Account & billing, sign in with your email and choose your billing and number of members. Payment is handled by Stripe.

Fair use

There is no message limit. To keep the service reliable, after 100 messages in 24 hours, you can send one message every 5 minutes until your count drops. Automated use and shared logins aren’t allowed: each person needs their own seat.

Questions

Can I add or remove people?

Yes, from Manage billing in the extension. Added seats are charged straight away for the rest of your billing period. Removed seats come off at your next renewal.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. See cancellation and refunds.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Not by yourself yet. Email support@mapwhisperer.io and we’ll sort it out.

Will the price change?

If we change prices, your subscription stays on the price you signed up on unless we’ve given you notice as described in the terms.

What does the AI see?

Your messages, map and layer context, and relevant results, which can include feature attributes and locations. See the privacy policy.
